It can be done by pressing home button whilst on call. And go to settings and switch off the tweak or change the effect.

These are the five effects on VoiceChanger tweak: Dark Lord, Tenoro, Smurf and Rumpelstiltskin. Well they say Normal-No Effect as fifth effect; but that is your default voice on call. So let's say it let's you choose from 4 effects or the default voice.

The only downside of this application so far is that; it does not work on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3. And if you want the trick to work in iPhone 4S you need to switch the call on the speaker mode. As such the tweak is reported to work perfectly on iPhone 5. You can configure the app setting via the setting menu.

The cost for this tweak is 2.99$, but looking at the in-call voice changing ability that much price is more than justified.
